There's a new conspiracy that Stranger Things has hours of cut footage that will solve all its current problems, but it just isn't real.
One of the stars of "Stranger Things" is speaking out to debunk online rumors of cut scenes in the newest season.
Those frustrations escalated when an anonymous source claiming insider knowledge allegedly reached out to several fan accounts on social media. The source claimed that multiple scenes were cut from Volume 2 before its release, including expanded moments between Will and Mike and a supposed fake out death involving Will.
So...is there "unseen footage?" Not so much. Randy Havens, aka everyone's favorite teacher Scott Clarke, reportedly hopped on Instagram and debunked this theory, saying "There’s no secret Snyder cut of the show. Please don’t believe everything some random ass tells you on the internet."
